DB Dental, part of National Dental Care is seeking a vibrant, organised and professional Dental Receptionist to join our modern practices located North of the River.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, your welcoming disposition and understanding nature will deliver a great first impression. In addition to exceptional customer service skills, you’ll be a competent administrator with responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the practice reception. From dealing with phone, electronic and face-to-face communications, through to a full suite of administrative tasks, you’ll work closely with our Practice Co-Ordinators in a dynamic team environment.

Skills & Experience

You have:
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist in a dental practice
  • Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in MS Office and Dental 4 Windows (D4W)
You are:
  • Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
  • An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with high attention to detail
  • Extremely organised, possessing strong time-management and administration skills
  • Confident at following guidelines and direction, multi-tasking, and working within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
