About NDC Lismore:
Are you an experienced dentist ready to take your career to the next level? National Dental Care (NDC) Lismore, a well-established and thriving practice, is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Dentist to join our team. With over 40 years of service to the Lismore community, our busy 7-chair practice operates at 95% capacity year-round and features cutting-edge technology such as the iTero Scanner, OPG, and CEREC.

The Role:
As the Lead Dentist, you'll play a key role in driving both clinical excellence and team leadership. We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in Australia, including strong proficiency in implant and Invisalign procedures. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine hands-on dentistry with leadership, working alongside a team that shares your passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

About You:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience practicing dentistry in Australia.
• Proficiency in Invisalign and implant procedures is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience.
• Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both patients and team members.
• A high level of professionalism and confidence in a wide range of dental procedures.
