Are you looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an enthusiastic & highly-competent Lead Dentist to lead and mentor an experienced practice team at NDC North Adelaide.

About the Practice
Our quaint 3 chair practice is soon going to moved to a new location in North Adelaide Village merging both NDC North Adelaide & NDC Nailsworth into a modern, purpose-built 6 chair super-clinic in April/May 2024. You will be joining 4 other associate dentists, 3 OHT/Hygienists and a very competent and experience Practice Manager. Our practice uses the latest technology such as CEREC, iTero & an Implant motor.

About the Role
As the Lead Dentist, you’ll motivate and empower your team to deliver the highest level of care and service, with a compassionate nature that puts patients at ease. Leading by example, you’ll combine dental excellence with superior interpersonal skills to ensure your team performs optimally, the practice meets objectives, and every patient receives a wholly positive experience.

Skills & Experience
You have:
● A minimum 7 years’ experience working as a Dentist in Australia, with high clinical skills and standards
● Previous Leadership and Mentoring Experience Desirable
● Experience in Implants or CEREC would be highly advantageous
● Current unconditional AHPRA registration
● An appropriate qualification recognised by the Dental Board of Australia
● Current professional indemnity insurance
You are:
● A great communicator who's adept at motivating and inspiring others
● A natural at building and maintaining trusting relationships with patients
● Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
● Confident across a wide scope of general dental procedures
