Specialist Dental Assistant, Northern Beaches (URGENT)

We are leaders in the dental industry and provide Specialist Services that include implant placement, oral surgery, complex reconstructive cases, cosmetic crown and bridge, orthodontics, general restorative and dental hygiene. About the Role:

As an experienced Specialist Dental Nurse you will be drawing on your strong clinical and dental surgery experience to partner with one of the leading and highly regarded Specialist Prosthodontists in the industry, Dr Tom Giblin. You will be supporting Dr Giblin to consistently meet exceptional standards of patient care and be a motivated team player. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to progress and develop their Specialist Nurse career in a supportive environment.

Ideally, you will possess the following:    

• A minimum 2 years’ experience as a Dental Assistant
• Dental Assisting experience in Implants, Oral Surgery and Prosthodontics including Full Mouth Rehabilitation.
• Dental Assistant Certificate III (ideal but not essential).
• Confidence with computers + experience in Exact dental software (preferred).
• Proficient in dictating patient notes, treatment planning and scheduling.
• Competent organisational and communicative skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with an impeccable phone manor.
• A naturally caring and empathetic nature
• A positive attitude that is able to make our patients smile.
