We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our established and reputable practice in Hawker, ACT. About the Role

As a full-time Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for the delivery of comprehensive general dental services to a diverse patient base. Your clinical responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosis, treatment planning, and provision of general dental services including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures
  • Performing extractions, endodontic therapy, crowns and bridges, and other surgical procedures where clinically required
  • Preferred experience in implant dentistry and surgical treatments
  • Educating patients on oral hygiene and promoting preventative dental care
  • Maintaining accurate and timely patient records in line with practice and regulatory requirements
  • Upholding the highest standards of infection control and clinical governance

You will work closely with other clinicians and support staff, contributing to a cohesive and high-performing team committed to exceptional patient care.

Required Skills & Experience

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a dentist in a general dental practice setting
  • Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a dental practitioner
  • Recognised dental degree by the Dental Board of Australia
  • Professional indemnity insurance appropriate for private practice
  • Demonstrated competency in a wide range of general dental procedures
  • Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
