About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, your welcoming disposition and understanding nature will deliver a great first impression. In addition to exceptional customer service skills, you’ll be a competent administrator with responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the practice reception. From dealing with phone, electronic and face-to-face communications, through to a full suite of administrative tasks, you’ll work closely with our Practice Manager in a dynamic team environment.

Skills & Experience

You have:

  • Minimum 12 months experience as a Receptionist in a dental practice
  • Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in MS Office
  • Dental 4 Windows (D4W) experience preferable

You are:

  • Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
  • An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with high attention to detail
  • Extremely organised, possessing strong time-management and administration skills
  • Confident at following guidelines and direction, multi-tasking, and working within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
